Question of the Day Contest – Day 5 of 7

QUESTION OF THE DAY: TELL US SOME THINGS (OR SHARE SOME TECHNIQUES) YOU HAVE LEARNED IN KINDERMUSIK CLASS ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR CHILD. :) If you haven’t taken Kindermusik share with us something you have learned that stimulates your baby’s senses and aids in development.

There are no wrong answers. We are liking the raffle style question so everyone has a chance to win! There will be TWO names drawn for this question. As long as you answer, you have a chance to win! You can answer as many times as you want (with as many ideas as you have) but your name will only be entered into the drawing once. (we reserve the right to share your responses on our facebook page) :)

The winners will each win a Kindermusik hand drum!!!! WOW!  (shown in blue, but we have purple).

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Singing a song to help make kids feel that 'cleaning up' is something that can be enjoyable and fun has really helped us here at home. Now all we have to do is sing a little tune and our 2 year old starts picking things up right away while dancing and singing along. We love it!! :)

They need to be taught how to rest and that you stimulate the sides of the body equally. Rubbing the ear lobes is quite stimulating.

I love the opposite arm/leg movements to help with balance. I never would have thought of that on my own!!

Caydin (being an only child) has benefited greatly from the interaction with other kids his age. He now gives hugs and plays with others during class – as opposed to running away from the circle!!
Caydin is also learning to follow directions – and does well at class when told to put things away, sit down, swing, jump, sway, etc. We thank Kindermusik for that!
