rachael yogaRachael’s yoga journey began in 2001 with hot yoga. A good friend recommended she give it a try due to her love for running. She immediately fell in love with how yoga made her feel. Not only did she enjoy the workout, but the work in, allowing her to find peace and calm through the breath work and movement. An eight-time marathon veteran, she understands how yoga has helped her stay strong and injury free throughout her years of running.

Rachael received her training at Full Circle Yoga in Winter Park, FL and is a 200- hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Since then, she has been so excited sharing her love of what yoga can do for others in all areas of their lives. When attending one of Rachael’s classes, expect loving, thoughtful and playful guidance sure to leave you feeling lighter, brighter and ready for the rest of your day.

You may also wonder why Rachael looks familiar…she is one of the founders along with Holly Lesnick of Grow and Sing Studios!  Rachael is so excited to give back to the parents and families of Grow and Sing by offering yoga to the members.  When Rachael isn’t teaching yoga virtually or in person, she is a full-time elementary music educator with Orange County Public Schools, has a wonderful family of two children (with whom were both Kindermusik babies!) an amazing artist of a husband and a dog.  Yoga helps her stay calm!
