Grow and Sing Studios birthday parties are a wonderful entertainment idea for your baby, toddler, preschooler or young child. They are age appropriate, and they actively involve the parents and adults at the party. Each party is designed with the guests age(s) in mind, so everyone is sure to have a great time!
Grow and Sing Studios has proudly done over 200 parties in the Orlando area. All of our teachers are musicians with music degrees in either Music Education or Music Therapy or dance AND are parents as well, so this brings a certain amount of expertise that you may not find anywhere else!
Our Grow and Sing Studios Kindermusik birthday parties are done at your home or place of your choosing. We come to you in the Central Florida area! If you need a venue to hold your party, we may be able to help or suggest, but we are a traveling minstrel type of service - you tell us where to go, and we'll be there!
** Grow and Sing Studios will not do outdoor parties during the months of May - October, due to the hot temperatures in those months. Parties during those months must be held indoors.
** IMPORTANT NOTE: We will attempt to match you with an educator closest to your location, however, based on staff availability parties are subject to an additional $25 travel fee. This will always be discussed during the scheduling and booking process of a party.
We offer 3 birthday packages to choose from depending on your individual needs:
SOLO BIRTHDAY PACKAGE:
Price: $125
One Licensed Kindermusik Educator will lead your party. This package is for smaller birthday parties of 10 children or less. Solo Kindermusik parties are not designed to exceed 12 children. Should child count exceed 12 children after party has been booked, Grow and Sing Studios reserves the right to automatically upgrade package to a duet party ($195.00) if staff is available or cancel contract with refund of balance (deposit not refunded).
Party Package includes:
- 1 hour of Kindermusik entertainment on Party Day, which includes but is not limited to instrument play, dancing, bubbles, parachute, scarf play, puppet show, guitar or autoharp sing a long and a FUN exploration of ALL our instruments.
- ONE age appropriate Kindermusik gift for the birthday child. In the event that there is more than one birthday child, additional musical gifts may be purchased and added to your package total.
DUET BIRTHDAY PACKAGE:
Price: $195
Two Licensed Kindermusik Educators will lead your party. Your entertainment will be enhanced and children even further engaged through more guitar playing, harmonizing, and high energy! Recommended for parties with 11 - 20 children. Kindermusik parties are not designed to exceed 25 children. Should child count exceed 25 children after party has been booked, Grow and Sing Studios reserves the right to hire an additional teacher if staff is available (add $75.00 to package price), or cancel contract with refund of balance (deposit not refunded).
Party package includes:
- 1 hour of Kindermusik entertainment on Party Day, which includes but is not limited to instrument play, dancing, bubbles, parachute, scarf play, puppet show, guitar or autoharp sing a long and a FUN exploration of ALL our instruments.
- Activities led and accompanied by both guitar/autoharp playing educators which makes for a much smoother party that is larger.
- ONE age appropriate Kindermusik gift for the birthday child. In the event that there is more than one birthday child, additional musical gifts may be purchased and added to your package total.
DELUXE MUSIC AND CRAFT BIRTHDAY PACKAGE:
Price: $275
Two Licensed Kindermusik Educators will lead your party which includes all the musical activities in our duet package plus a wonderful arts and crafts activity. Your entertainment will be enhanced and children even further engaged through more guitar playing, harmonizing, and high energy! This package also includes a musical craft activity and is 1 hour and 30 minutes long. This party is not designed to exceed 20 children. Should child count exceed 20 children after party has been booked, Grow and Sing Studios reserves the right to hire an additional teacher if staff is available (add $75.00 to package price), or cancel contract with refund of balance (deposit not refunded).
Party package includes:
- 1 1/2 hours of Kindermusik entertainment on Party Day, which includes but is not limited to instrument play, dancing, bubbles, parachute, scarf play, puppet show, guitar or autoharp sing a long and a FUN exploration of ALL our instruments. Sing along accompanied by both guitar playing educators.
- ONE age appropriate Kindermusik gift for the birthday child. In the event that there is more than one birthday child, additional musical gifts may be purchased and added to your package total.
- Up to 12 craft projects (chosen from our available list of projects - please inquire) which includes all materials necessary for completing the project (paintbrushes, paints, etc.). Table covers, floor cloths and child coverings are NOT included. Additional projects may be purchased for $3.50 each if more than 12 are needed. If your party has a specific theme, we can attempt to provide a themed craft for you.
- A Kindermusik beach ball for each child up to 12 children (additional beach balls are available for $3.00 each)
PARTY THEMES:
Themes available can include transportation, nursery rhymes, lullabies, farm animals, at the beach, and much more. We can customize to whatever theme you want.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR PARTY:
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your party date.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER), check or cash. Please contact us first to check availability and to book your date. Once it is established that your party date is open on our calendar, and staff is available, we will email you a "party reservation form". This form is required with the deposit to be officially booked.
OPTIONAL PARTY ADDITIONS:
Party favors - You are welcome to order age appropriate Kindermusik instruments through us. (Contact us for a complete list). Orders MUST be turned into us at least 2 weeks prior to your party date.
