Discover the joy of ballroom dance!
Grow and Sing Studios’ Ballroom Dance Workshops give children and teens the opportunity to learn the foundations of timeless partner dances in a fun, supportive, and confidence-building environment.

Students will explore basic patterns, rhythms, and techniques from popular ballroom styles including Waltz, Rumba, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha Cha, Swing, and Mambo/Salsa. Each class focuses on developing grace, rhythm, teamwork, and musicality—all while having fun and making new friends.

The session culminates with an informal in-studio performance for families to celebrate what the dancers have learned.
