This class is ideal for students who are slightly older than the children in Kindermusik classes and are ready to begin a course of study in violin! Students will learn the first steps of playing, reading and composing music in a small-class atmosphere. The class will work through a method book of fun songs, games and assignments to learn in class and practice at home. Classes are high-energy, interactive and comprehensive! Parents must be present at the classes to follow their children’s progress and learn how to help with home practice.
Information about instrument rental and needed supplies will be available following registration. Come to Violin 1 this fall and begin your child’s musical journey!
