ART AND BOOK TIME
(Spring 2010 starting January)
Recommended for children 2 - 4 years If you have a child who is 18 - 24 months old and you would like to try the class, that is fine. We find most children under 2 aren't quite ready to focus for this class, but some children can handle it. You know your child best, so we leave the decision up to you. If your child is over 4 years old and you want to join us, we welcome you as well. Please feel free to contact Holly Lesnick if you have any questions.

$170 (or option of $59.67 at time of registration, $59.66 Feb 1st & Mar 1st.
Each week you and your child will explore a different theme through stories, song and art! Together, each week, you will create TWO unique art projects to bring home. You and your child will sit down on the floor at our custom made tables so you can easily work together! All projects are age appropriate, and materials are non-toxic. Class also includes a snack and story time all based around the theme of the week. Themes may include (but are subject to change): Themes: Balloons, Popcorn, Hearts, Bubbles, Butterflies, Fish, Birds, Rainbows, Flowers and In the Kitchen. Class fees include tuition, all art materials and a weekly snack.
FREE SATURDAY MUSICAL EXPLORATION HELD ON THE FOLLOWING SATURDAYS AT THE UUUS LOCATION FROM 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. For currently registered families. All family members welcome! 1/23, 2/20, 3/20, 4/10, 5/1.
Payment Terms: Monthly Payment Option: A $3 per month convenience fee will be added to each monthly installment. Monthly installments will be calculated on receipt of this form and based on your chosen class(es) and an email confirmation will be sent to you. First monthly payment will be charged upon receipt of this form and will include the cost of home materials AND first month’s tuition. Remaining monthly payments will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. Credit card must be valid THROUGH the session so we may carry through the payment plan easily. Thanks!
There will be a fee for all returned checks. No refunds or credits will be given for any unattended classes or for any unfinished semester. You are financially repsonsible for the entire class tuition amount and any home materials that you requested or ordered. Pro-rating will be allowed during registration time only if you know you'll have to miss. Once session begins, no pro-rating will be honored. You make makeup as many classes as you miss within the same session. These makeup classes need to be arranged with the director or your teacher. Classes are filled first come, first serve. You may received a 3rd party survey from Kindermusik about your experience.
